- Booking is considered complete only upon payment of the booking amount (by account payee cheque / demand draft / online transfer in favour of the official developer) and execution of the application form/allotment letter.
- SKYO PROPERTIES does not collect booking amounts or process payments for property purchases.
- All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule shared by the developer.
5. Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the developer.
- Prices mentioned are indicative starting prices and are exclusive of statutory charges, taxes (GST, Stamp Duty, Registration, etc.), and other applicable levies. No guaranteed returns or assured appreciation claims are made.
6. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations post-booking will be subject to deduction as per the developer’s cancellation policy and RERA guidelines.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the developer within the stipulated time as per company policy and applicable laws. SKYO PROPERTIES does not dictate or process refunds.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
